WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Shipping is only within the United States.


HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Deliveries are shipped via UPS Ground (1 – 5 days, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 1-2 business days from the time of purchase for order processing.

*PLEASE NOTE: when placing an order, please make sure that your billing AND mailing address are correct.  Once your order has been placed, packages can’t be redirected and you will be held responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.*

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted ten (10) days from the delivery date. You must email us within three (3) days of the delivery date for us to begin processing the return. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment and enclosed in its original packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, that shows signs of use, or that doesn’t have its original packaging will not be accepted.


WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

You must email us within three (3) days of the delivery date for us to begin processing the return.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at boom@fashionassassin.com with your order number, the item/s you wish to return, and the reason for requesting the return.

2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label with the necessary return shipping information. Please note that $10 will be deducted from your refund for using our prepaid shipping label.

3. Package the items you wish to return and stick the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

4. Please allow up to 7 business days for return processing of us receiving and approving the return.


DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your original item and place a new order for your desired item.


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?

No. All sale items are FINAL sale.
