How do you ship?

Deliveries are via UPS Ground (1 – 5 days)

Once your order as shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 1 business day from the time of purchase for order processing.

*PLEASE NOTE: when placing an order, please make sure that your billing AND mailing address are correct.  Once your order has been placed, packages can’t be redirected and you will be held responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.*

My order is wrong; what do I do?

If your order is wrong, please let me know immediately by emailing me at: with your order number.  I’ll get back to you with instructions on how to ship back the order.

What is the returns & exchanges policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted ten (10) days from the date of delivery. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment and enclosed in its original packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, that show signs of use, or that don’t have their original packaging will not be accepted.

What is the returns and exchange process?

For returns and exchanges, please follow the steps below:

1. email me at with your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for requesting the return or exchange. I must receive this email within the ten (10) days of the original order’s arrival to accept the return or exchange.

2. I will send you a prepaid shipping label with the necessary return shipping information. Please note that $10 will be deducted from your refund for using my prepaid shipping label.

3. Package the items you wish to return and stick prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

4. If you’re making a return, please allow up to 10 business days for return processing of my receiving and approving the return. If you’re making an exchange, your exchanged merchandise will arrive via ground shipping. Any applicable tax and shipping charges will apply.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

All sale items are final sale.
